Page Breaks

When creating apps in Clappia, there may be times when the app becomes long or contains multiple sections that you want to separate for better organization. Adding page breaks allows you to split your app into multiple pages, making it more user-friendly and easier to navigate. This feature helps in improving the flow of the form by allowing users to focus on one section at a time, organizing content and improving the overall user experience.

Example: There is a vendor registration app with four sections: ‘Contact Information,’ ‘Vendor Details,’ ‘Banking Information,’ and ‘Certification’. Each section contains fields related to its respective topic. Without page breaks, the form might appear too long for users. By adding page breaks, the app can be split into different pages for each section, making it easier for users to fill out the form without feeling overwhelmed.

Go to Design App. Here you can see all the sections and fields you have added to the app. Between each section, there is an option called ‘Insert Page Break’. Simply click on it to add it to the app. Do this to split as many sections as required, the option appears between every section.

In App Home, the first section will be visible. Since the app is now divided into separate pages, users will see a “Next” button to move to the next section. Once you move to the next section, you will also see a “Previous” button to move to the previous section if needed.
