Clappia is most commonly used for Business process apps.
We don't want firms to have to go through the procurement procedure for every app they require. If you purchase the Clappia platform for, say 50 users, you can continue to add more apps for these 50 users without paying anything to us. This guarantees that the team doesn't hesitate to add apps for any scenario that may arise.

However, we recognise that in some circumstances, per-user pricing may not be feasible.

Clappia offers a Free Plan with no time limit, giving you access to many core features. If you’re interested in testing out premium features for a limited period, you can reach out to the Clappia support team at support@clappia.com. They will assist you with a trial upgrade, allowing you to explore additional capabilities available on the Professional and Enterprise plans.

If a submission is made and then deleted then it will still be counted as a record. Submission count will count the number of new submissions from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. It will reset on the first day of the next month.

For Example: A user has created a workplace in the Free Plan which allows 400 records per month. The user creates 200 new submissions and then deletes 100 submissions. The submissions count will be counted as 300. The user can create 100 more submissions only.
