Joining a Workplace

All users who have been invited by a workplace admin would get an email with the subject "Welcome to Clappia".  Users invited to a workplace will receive an email with the subject, "Welcome to Clappia" and contains the link of the workplace to join.

  • If you do not see an email with the subject "Welcome to Clappia" in your inbox, kindly check your spam/junk folder for the mail and also mark it as not spam, so as to receive all further communications from Clappia in your Inbox
  • If you still could not find the email, contact your workplace admin or you can also contact us.

Click on the link provided in the email and you would be redirected to Clappia website.

Joining a Workplace

  • If you are a first time user of Clappia, you need to sign up on the platform for free. Make sure you sign up with the same email ID on which you received the invitation.
  • If you have signed up earlier, then you can just click on Sign In and go to the workplace.
  • If you have forgotten your password, then just click on forgot the password and follow the procedure to reset your password.

Now, to switch to your company's workplace

For Web users:

  • On the left sidebar click on "Dashboard" to view all the apps of your company.
  • If you do not see any apps make sure that you are in the right workplace by checking the link in the address bar. It should be the link that is in the email.

For mobile app:

  • From the bottom menu bar, click on the icon highlighted to switch to other workplaces.

Select the workplace you wish to access from the list of workplaces that you are a part of.

If you are still unable to see the apps, then you have to contact your workplace admin.
