A: Add-Ons are additional services that you can purchase on top of your subscription plan. These include options like White-Labeled Apps, WhatsApp & SMS message packs, AI Block & Workflow usage packs, and Custom Domain Mapping.

Q: How many free SMS and WhatsApp messages are included in each plan?
A:

• Free & Starter Plans: 20 free messages per month (WhatsApp & SMS separately). Only pre-approved templates can be used.
  
  
• Professional Plan: 100 free messages per month (WhatsApp & SMS separately). New templates can also be requested.
  
  
• Enterprise Plan: Custom configurations apply.
  
  

Q: What happens when I exceed my monthly free limit for WhatsApp or SMS?
A: Once you exceed your free message limit, you can purchase additional message packs from the Add-Ons page. For example, the WhatsApp or SMS Basic Pack offers 1000 messages/month at $10/month.

Q: Can I request my own WhatsApp or SMS template?
A: Yes, if you are on the Professional or Enterprise plan, you can request your own template via the SMS Workflow or WhatsApp integration section. Templates are reviewed and submitted for approval before use.

Q: Are custom templates supported in Free or Starter plans?
A: No, in the Free and Starter plans, only existing templates can be used for both WhatsApp and SMS. If you want to request a custom template, you must upgrade to the Professional plan.

Q: What is a White-Labeled App and how is it priced?
A: A White-Labeled App is a branded version of the Clappia app published under your own name on the Play Store or App Store. You can purchase it for $252/year or $30/month for either Android or iOS through the Add-Ons section.

Q: What does the Custom Domain Mapping Add-On offer?
A: This allows you to map your Clappia Workplace to a custom domain (e.g., apps.yourcompany.com). This is a one-time setup that costs $250.

Q: What is the cost of AI Block & Workflow usage beyond the free limit?
A: AI usage beyond the included limit (100 calls/month) can be extended by purchasing additional calls—$10 for 1000 AI calls. You can extend it through the Add-Ons page.

Q: Are these Add-Ons linked to the plan billing cycle?
A: Add-Ons are billed separately from the regular plan cycle, but some Add-Ons are only available from certain plans onward. For example:

• WhatsApp and SMS Packs can be purchased by any user regardless of the plan.
  
  
• White-Labeled Apps, Custom Domain Mapping, and the ability to request new WhatsApp or SMS templates are only available for users on the Professional plan or higher.

So while add-ons have their own pricing and billing, their availability may depend on your current Clappia plan.

Q: I am on a Professional plan. Can I instantly use White-Labeled App or Custom Domain features after purchase?
A: Once you're on the Professional Plan, you can request these Add-Ons but they will only be processed after payment is completed for the specific Add-On.

• For White-Labeled Android/iOS Apps, make sure to complete the purchase before raising a request.
  
  
• For Custom Domain Mapping, the setup will be initiated only after the one-time payment is made.
