You have installed the Clappia mobile app and logged in as well but somehow you don’t see your app inside. here are the possible reasons –
You are not in the right Workplace
Make sure you are in the right workplace. You can switch workplaces by clicking on the Switch Workplace button and select the right workplace.
You don’t have access to the apps
To be able to see an app, you need to get access to the apps created by your admin. Click here to see how to add a user to an app.
You are not using the same email id
You need to use the same email id using which you created the app or assign the app to the email id you logged in with.
The app admin unpublished the app
When the admin of the app unpublishes it, it becomes unavailable to all users.
